Appearance

Even by Sidhe standards Briar is tall, towering over everyone with a thin willowy frame and light completion. This is something he inherited from his mother Queen Mab though that is where is similarities stop. Most frequently his hair is stark white. If his dark roots are showing it is one of the easiest tells that he has been under a lot of stress. His eyes are dark and are often ringed with dark liner which makes them stand out even more against his pale completion. Briar always seems to be wearing a smirk, if he is not something is definitely upsetting him. He tends to ware long flowing clothing and a lot of costume jewellery which jangle everywhere he walks so he is often heard before he is seen.

His left arm is decorated with his namesake with the markings starting by lightly wrapping around his biceps ending in a thick band at the wrist. He has many piercings which he will alternate everyday depending on his mood. Some people can read his mood from the pattern of the rings and studs but Briar likes to play games with them and will purposely chose ones that are opposite to how he feels just to keep them on their toes.

Personality

Briar is quick to anger and even quicker to throw punches. On the outside he seems frosty and always seems to be looking down his nose at others. He is quick to pass judgement on others, often doing it before they even speak.

The way he speaks is seen as mocking by many who do not know him well. He is a master at speaking half truths and giving misleading information and is said to take joy in others misfortunes thought the truth of this is unclear.

Jealousy is something that Briar feels quite often. He does not like the way the people naturally flock to Lily nor the way people follow Thorn out of fear. He is somewhat in the middle of the two personality wise therefore people who mistrust both of his siblings tend to lend him there support in the dispute over who will lead the Unseelie court next.

If he was being honest to himself he would admit that he does not wish to be the next King but it was something his mother wanted so he continues to try one up Thorn in the race to the throne. He does not know anything about Thorns plot against him or Lily.
